   • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or washed will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return.

3. Return Process:

   • Contact us via email or live chat before returning your order to request approval and obtain the correct return address.

   • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

   • Do not return items without prior approval, as we may refuse unapproved returns.

4. Refunds:

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
